Order Verification & E-Commerce Operations Manager

TraxNYC is a premier luxury jewelry retailer and manufacturer located in the heart of New York City's Diamond District. We specialize in high-end custom jewelry and are expanding our digital infrastructure to support rapid growth through e-commerce and AI integration.

Position Summary:

We are hiring a full-time, in-person E-Commerce Operations & Order Verification Manager to oversee and manage online transaction security, order verification, and technical website operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, NoFraud, and Braintree, and be capable of managing cross-functional projects and solving operational and website-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage order verification and fraud prevention systems (e.g., NoFraud)

Process and monitor payment gateways (e.g., Braintree) for capturing and approving transactions

Work directly with internal and external web development teams to maintain and transition from our legacy custom website to Shopify

Resolve technical issues related to our current website platform

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support e-commerce functionality and updates

Coordinate trademark filings and intellectual property management

Build and maintain clear documentation and workflows for e-commerce processes

Monitor and improve order accuracy, customer experience, and back-end systems integration

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order verification, or payment processing systems

Strong knowledge of Shopify, NoFraud, Braintree, and custom web platforms

Experience working with cross-functional teams in an operations or digital project management role

Experience in website troubleshooting, QA testing, and back-end coordination

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Expertise or experience with AI tools and technologies is highly preferred and considered a major plus

Experience with trademark filings, legal compliance, or business administration is a bonus

Must be able to work in person full-time at our NYC headquarters
