Hudson MD Group, LLC (“Practice”) is a New Jersey limited liability company operating as a large multi-specialty medical group practice comprised of more than one hundred twenty primary care and specialist physicians practicing in New Jersey. Practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We recruit over 50 providers a year and are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our practice.
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in [insert specialty, e.g., primary care, urology, men's health, etc.] and be comfortable working in a hybrid concierge model that integrates traditional insurance with value-added services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage quality metrics, including HEDIS measures, to improve patient outcomes
Conduct annual wellness visits and physicals providing comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Perform minor procedures as needed within the scope of practice
Must be familiar with electronic health record (EHR) to to be able to document patient encounters accurately.
Qualifications
Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with valid New Jersey licensure
Minimum of two (2) years of experience primary care.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-based environment
Fluency in other languages, such as Korean, Chinese, Hindi, Russian and Spanish is a plus
