Pay Rate- 16.00 As a Front Desk Associate, you will train on and master all the front office positions at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. You will be expected to master the following roles: Telephone Operator Reservations Agent, and Front Desk Agent Outstanding customer service to a wide range of guests Actively engage with all guests of the Hotel Assist guests with luggage and directions Answer phones, perform data entries, assist in maintaining records and accounts Ensure accurate guest folios and transactions at the Front Desk Check guests in and out of the hotel while assisting with various guest service duties Leaving guests with a lasting positive impression of Kellogg and MSU . We are only looking to hire one candidate who has previously worked at the Kellogg Center.

Required Qualifications
Must be committed to providing outstanding guest service to all hotel guests. Must have excellent communication skills. Work 16-32 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, MSU semester breaks and holidays.

Previous experience working in hotel or Resort
