Banquet Server

Wage: $16.00 per hour! Are you a person who is customer focused, hardworking, a team player, and dependable? If you answered Yes, then we want you! Join the Events Team at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, that helps serve the hotel and MSU Athletic Venues, including Breslin Center, Stadium Tower, Munn Ice Arena, for all types of events! This position does not have a set schedule, and times vary depending on the needs of the company Provides exceptional customer service by Delivering Outstanding Spartan Experience ( DOSE ) Prepare room for events: set tablecloths, dishes, glassware, silverware as directed Assist in clearing, cleaning and breaking down room at the completion of an event Serve guests food and drinks including plated, buffet, etc. during event as required Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests Ensure guest satisfaction Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Lead, Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager Other duties as assigned

Must be able to move up to 50 pounds

Required Qualifications

Be able to work 15-20 hours per week Be able to work morning, lunch, and evening shifts Be able to work weekends Punctuality, positive attitude, and attention detail and provide great customer service Work with a team in a fast-paced environment
