Location: River Trail Neighborhood (Owen hall and McDonel hall) Pay rate: 14.00/hr. As a Receptionist, you will perform routine clerical support while providing customer service to all residence hall students and customers, both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for maintaining the reception area and processing mail and packages. You will be considered the face of the residence halls while interacting with a wide range of students and customers. You will learn “real world” work skills like time management, professional excellence, balancing of priorities, interpersonal communication, and working as a part of a diverse team. You will also gain a deep understanding of how an operation functions and how to build relationships while demonstrating outstanding customer service.
