Experienced Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. This position involves working on a variety of residential projects

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications

Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and trim

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients

Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work

Requirements:

3–5 years of carpentry experience (residential)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must own standard carpentry tools

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with finish carpentry and framing
