DAS Foreman

Job Description

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced DAS Foreman to lead our field crews in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) across commercial and industrial environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, on time and on spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage DAS installation crews on-site

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines

Perform hands-on installation, commissioning, and testing of DAS equipment

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and site contacts

Conduct site surveys, material take-offs, and daily reporting

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field

Train and mentor crew members on best practices and technical procedures

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven hands-on experience working with DAS systems

Prior crew leadership experience in telecom or low-voltage installations

Proficient with equipment from any of the following manufacturers:

Westell

ADRF

Comba

Fiplex

SOLiD

CommScope

Corning

JMA

Nextivity

GWave

Strong understanding of RF principles and signal distribution

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and system schematics

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

Preferred Qualifications:

iBwave certification or experience

OSHA 10/30 certification

Familiarity with PIM/Sweep testing and fiber optic testing
