Description
Job Purpose
The ideal candidate for this full-time position takes pride in providing exceptional administrative services and marketing resource support for our brokers and sales associates.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must possess an exceptionally positive attitude and disposition
Maintain Resource Center operations during normal business hours
Be knowledgeable of Marketing and other resources available to all associates
Help agents’ access and locate resources online.
Assist Marketing Dept with clerical and data entry functions when needed
When requested, provide accounting with Associates Usage Reports
Maintain office listings
Supports and provides guidance, as needed, with ordering Marketing essentials
By request, produce small quantities of printed marketing collateral using templates
Other
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
One to two years related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Supervisor
Resource Center Administrator works directly under Operations. This position does not supervise other personnel.
Special Requirements
Must pass a background check
Work Experience
2 year experience of administrative duties.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Licenses or Designation
A California Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred but not required.
