Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience managing new product introduction (NPI) with consumer electronic products (i.e. phones, tablets, computers, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in new product introduction program management, sourcing/supplier management, materials program management, operations program management role, or leadership role.

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience in leading operational and programs with the ability to multitask, analyze opportunities, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems.

Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead cross-functionally.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Drive execution at all levels of operations leadership internally and externally, including establishing delivery requirements and performance metrics.

Own operations execution internally and with agreement manufacturing partners, make appropriate trade-offs to ensure program deliverables are met.

Ensure projects are well organized and delivering on desired goals.

Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences; lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy.

Develop insightful recommendations on direction and specific project opportunities that can move the needle.
