We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Membership Experience Attendant to join our dockside team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience, every single time.About Us
Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest boat club, designed for those who want to enjoy boating without the hassle of ownership. Our members have access to a fleet of beautiful, well-maintained boats. We handle all the service, storage, and cleaning. All they have to do is show up and go boating. It's Boating Made Simple and you'll help make it happen.What You'll Do
As a Membership Experience Attendant, your day will be filled with positive member interaction, coordination with dock staff, and attention to the small details that make a big difference. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
Managing the Welcome Kiosk and updating daily schedules and tide charts
Monitoring the dock phone and responding to member inquiries or changes
Assisting with gear transport to and from vessels and ensuring safe boarding
Coordinating real-time reservation changes and cancellations
Making courtesy confirmation calls for next-day bookings
Supporting the team with setup and breakdown each day
Keeping communication flowing with the operations team to ensure smooth handoffsWhat We're Looking For
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
Comfortable using tablets and mobile devices
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
A positive and professional appearance and demeanorAdditional Details
Part-time: 24-32 hours/week
90-day probationary period for all new hires
Drug-free workplace: drug screening required
Background and credit check required
