Additional training/development opportunitiesThe role is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results.

Core Functions:

Translate customer requirements into design and specification for production & install

Use Adobe Illustrator for creating design templates for vehicle wraps, trade show displays, banners, wall graphics etc.

Use CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls, create estimates, work orders, billing

Coordinate between customers, production and vendors.Other Required Skills:

Strong communication and listening skills.

Motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality

Update social media, newsletter to keep customer informed.

Use of computers, spreadsheets and Artificial Intelligence software.Ideal candidates will also possess:

3+ years of prior Customer Sales and Service experience

3+ year of using Adobe Illustrator

Associates or Bachelors Degree
