Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor (Spanish/English) to join our Minneapolis team. In this role, youll be a key part of the mortgage process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Review mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations

Verify borrower documentation including income, employment, credit, and financial data

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, loan officers, and underwriters

Provide bilingual support and ensure an outstanding experience for Spanish-speaking clients

Prepare loan files for underwriting, resolving any outstanding conditions

Manage pipeline to ensure on-time closings and keep all parties informed

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal guidelines

Proactively resolve processing issues and collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications

Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor or in a similar role

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required

Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Proficiency with mortgage processing systems and Microsoft Office

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (not required)
