.20 FTE Medical Careers-Intro to Medical Careers Instructor – Springfield Public School District

Springfield Public Schools is seeking a .20 FTE Medical Careers-Into to Medical Careers Instructor for Grades 11-12 for the 2025-2026 school year. Should have a current license or be able to possess a Minnesota teaching license in the appropriate area.

Competitive salary will be prorated at .20 FTE based off starting range of $47,000 - $75,000 depending on licensure, qualifications, experience, and educational degree advancement. Salary range is based on the collective bargaining agreement for 2024-2025 school year. The 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement has yet to be negotiated.

Benefits will be prorated based off .20 FTE and include but not limited to: Health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, Teachers Retirement Association (TRA), dental insurance, flex spending account, paid sick and personal leave.
