Work Calendar: Summer Program, July 7 through July 31, 2025

Position Summary: The Foundational Skills Classroom Teachers are access experts for students receiving their education with their same age peers in the general education and special education settings. The FSC focuses on teaching routines leading to the highest degree of independence possible for each student. The FSC serves students in kindergarten and through 12th grade identified with significant cognitive and/or pervasive developmental disabilities. The teacher will be a resource to families and other school staff around the students they serve and how to meaningfully include them in the school community where the programs are located.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current Oregon Licensure through Teachers Standards and Practices Commission in special education, or ability to obtain a license;

Criminal history verification/clearance
