Position Summary:
Assist in providing a safe, beautiful and peaceful environment according to company policy, State and Joint Commission regulations, local building codes and OSHA.
Tasks may include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair or installation, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, gardening and other duties related to onsite light duty construction and maintenance.
May be required to perform housekeeping, grounds and security duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education :
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Preferred.
Certification:
CPI,CPR and First Aid. Valid Drivers License.
Experience:
Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry.
Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations, read an interpret safety rules, manuals, maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions.
Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings, structures, cabinetry and other plan operation systems.
