What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for collaborating with all stakeholders and maintaining all project schedules in Genius, Team Gantt for new press sales, retrofits, DEMO / R& projects, as well as pre-purchase order delivery verification requests (DVR’s)
Partners with OPEX Manager and dept managers to maintain project budgetary constraints
Coordinate all project schedules and DVR’s with engineering, procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
Works with project engineering and department managers to establish controls and operating policies that identify, monitor, and mitigate risk factors that could impede the success of a project
Develop and maintain a reporting structure/process to share project information with internal and external customers
Contributes to project control reporting documents and ensures they clearly reflect the schedule and timeline status, budget considerations, changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels
Drives process improvements through collaboration with department managers, supervisors & leads within the organization
Monitors key project metrics and performs quality control initiatives and reviews
Collaborates with departmental managers to make certain project tasks are delegated appropriately
Analyze operational data and trends to forecast future engineering, procurement & production needs and adjust schedules accordingly
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Required Skills
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of production scheduling experience required
5+ years of production scheduling experience in a custom manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with ERP systems (ABAS, SAP, Genius)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail

Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment with equal time in the plant. The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of conditions within the plant. The noise level is usually moderate. Will be exposed to manufacturing conditions including heat in the summer months and cold in the winter months.
