ON - SITE. FTE: 0.500000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: The Patient Access
Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience
for "front of house"/patient facing needs. Proactively greets patients
and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly
patient experience. Provides outstanding customer service both in person
and on the phone. The PASR FLOAT is required to float to various clinic
sites to support operational business needs. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary.
One year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer
service field. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent
is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Effective communication
skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong
proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer
service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred. Perks &
