Program Manager - National IT & Data Center Projects

Overview:

Seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee multiple IT infrastructure projects nationwide-including commercial office and data center environments. This role involves program-level coordination across teams, sites, and initiatives, with the goal of standardizing execution, ensuring delivery quality, and eventually transitioning into a full-time leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple simultaneous IT infrastructure projects across the U.S.

Manage scope, schedule, and budget across people space and data center initiatives.

Work with cross-functional teams (facilities, IT, network engineering) to align project plans.

Develop and enforce standards for structured cabling, network hardware, and installations.

Coordinate resource allocation, issue tracking, and risk management.

Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications:

5+ years in IT infrastructure or data center program management.

Strong understanding of structured cabling, data center environments, and IT deployments.

Proven ability to manage national project portfolios.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel as needed
