Job Title:Data Processing & Operations ManagerLocation: Remote roleDuration: 3 Plus Months
Lead onboarding of data integrations across multiple brands and data partners. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define functional requirements and operationalize data feeds.
Prioritize integration timelines and identify resourcing needs in alignment with OC/CI&A leads.
Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and production deployment with Data Engineering (DE) and business stakeholders.
Database Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of analytical data layers and workfiles within enterprise data platforms.
Review data models and provide guidance on functional requirements and data governance.
Plan projects, identify resource needs, and coordinate UAT and data gap resolution. 3. Operations
Manage day-to-day production activities for live data providers, including file loads and scheduling. Oversee QC validation and issue resolution across monthly and weekly files.
Maintain vendor communication and ensure timely resolution of data delivery issues and inquiries.
Coordinate with DE/Platform teams for technical support, production issues, and environment upgrades.
Support automation and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability. 4. Data Quality
Define test scenarios for new integrations and convert them into ongoing quality validation checks.
Review validation results and escalate issues as needed.
Data Inquiry & Analysis
Provide guidance to business analysts on data inquiries and issue resolution.
Support interpretation of promotional and omnichannel data for analytics and performance measurement.
Project Delivery
Manage processes and data deliveries for Marketing Mix Analysis (MMA) and quarterly promotional targeting exercise across three brands.
Facilitate project planning, media data requirement gathering, and cross-functional review meetings.
Support development and integration of internal dashboards into platforms such as BI360. Key Skills & Qualifications
Project Management: Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Data Integration: Experience with onboarding and managing data feeds from external vendors.
Technical Coordination: Ability to work with data engineering teams on file automation, ingestion, and platform upgrades.
Quality Assurance: Proficiency in data validation, QC processes, and issue resolution.
Communication: Effective communicator with vendors and internal teams; skilled in managing cross-functional meetings.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex data structures, assess data requirements, and translate business needs into actionable data solutions. Promotional Data Expertise: Strong understanding of promotional data sources, structures, and their role in omnichannel marketing analytics and performance evaluation.
Automation & Scripting: Familiarity with Python for data QC and automation tasks is a plus. Tools & Platforms: Experience with CoDaP, BI360, and CRM/email platforms (e.g., Client) preferred.
