Job Description
Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control on construction projects.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local building codes.
Conducting regular inspections and audits of construction sites.
Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to ensure the highest quality standards.
Preparing and presenting reports on QA/QC activities and results.
Training construction teams on QA/QC best practices and procedures.
Continually improving QA/QC processes and procedures.
Managing any necessary documentation related to project quality controls. The Successful Applicant
A successful 'QA/QC - Federal' should have:
Proven experience in QA/QC in the construction industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Commitment to continuous improvement in QA/QC processes and procedures What's on Offer
