A growing company is seeking a driven and experienced B2B Wholesale Business Developer to expand its hardware product line across retail and distribution channels. This on-site role is focused on opening new accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving high-volume sales growth. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hard goods, and brings sharp instincts, hustle, and a creative approach to business development.
Responsibilities Include:
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in retail and distribution for hardware product lines.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, converting leads into long-term accounts.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop strong relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
Provide ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Create and implement strategies to grow sales volume across multiple channels.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and account management.
Market Research & Feedback:
Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development efforts.
Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and market demands. Ideal Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hard goods or related industries.
Proven track record of generating new business and growing accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.
Strategic thinker with a creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work on-site and travel as needed to meet with clients.
Salary: $100k+/Year + Commission
