Role Description:

As a Sales Team Leader, you'll do more than sell — you'll build, lead, and mentor a team of independent healthcare sales representatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Enrolling new members in our healthcare

Recruiting and onboarding new team members using our turnkey systems

Leading sales calls, training sessions, and team strategy meetings

Tracking performance, coaching your team, and scaling growth

Driving both personal production and team sales volume for bonus and residual payouts

This is a full or part-time commission-only role with monthly leadership bonuses and residual income from your book of business and team’s performance.
