Laboratory Supervisor

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily laboratory operations, including testing and workflow coordination • Perform complex testing procedures and ensure accuracy and compliance • Support and supervise laboratory staff, including training and performance evaluation • Monitor and maintain quality assurance and regulatory standards • Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and support laboratory growth Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: • Active Nevada Laboratory Supervisor License (required) • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical laboratory environment • Strong working knowledge of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and general diagnostic testing • Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring staff • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment • Familiarity with CLIA regulations, quality control practices, and laboratory safety protocols Compensation: $80,000+
