Shift Line Leader/Assistant Manager

Burrito Shak in Wilmington/Monkey Junction is looking for a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic assistant manager to join our team. We are located at 5916 Carolina Beach Rd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and reliable.

The job consists of evening and morning shifts, and we can work around your schedule if you have other commitments. Staff generally arrives at 8am at earliest and we close at 9pm, so everyone is usually out the door by 10pm at latest. Shifts are usually anywhere from 6 to 8 hours depending.

Pay is hourly ($14 to $16/hr) plus tips, which generally add $2.50 to $3.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

* Learn system and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

* Manage employees to provide exceptional food quality in a timely and cost effective method.

* Provide great customer service with a smile.

* Follow all health and safety protocols.

* Ensure line is stocked and all recipes and products follow company standards.

Qualifications:

* Must love what you do/have a positive attitude

* Experience in high volume kitchens while leading a team is a big bonus

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Basic knife skills.

* Time management skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
