Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Associates. The Production Associate position involves various tasks to support the manufacturing process, including assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and production of doors.

Package finished products for shipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Operate machinery and tools as needed.

Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Good communication skills.
