Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Nurse to join our team! We are an independent primary care facility offering compassionate, quality care to the glory of God. We care for a wide range of patients including prenatal, obstetrics, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care to well, ill, injured, or disabled patients

Screen for COVID19

Medication reconciliation

Collecting patient history, vitals, review of systems

Patient phone calls

Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care

Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention

Provide continuity of care

Maintain accurate patient medical records

Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

Familiarity with electronic medical records and ability to type

Ability to build rapport with patients

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills including pharmacology

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentCompany Description

Lovelace Family Medicine has provided compassionate, quality care to the glory of God since 1988. We serve Newberry and surrounding counties providing prenatal, obstetric, pediatric, adult and geriatric care. We currently have five Physicians and three Nurse Practitioners.
