Strafford Construction is hiring driven, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals for a door-to-door sales role based in Hanover Park, IL. As a Roofing & Siding Canvasser, your mission is simple: walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and get them signed up for a free roof and siding inspection—no appointment setting or follow-up needed. This is a sales-focused, commission-based position built for hustlers who can handle rejection and keep pushing.

We’re looking for individuals who are goal-oriented, communicate well, and treat this as their main hustle—not just a side gig. Our top reps aim to earn $2,000+ per week, and we’ll give you the tools and training to get there.

What You’ll Do:

Go door-to-door in assigned suburban neighborhoods.

Talk with homeowners about storm damage and offer free roof and siding inspections.

Explain the benefits of the inspection and get verbal agreement for a visit within 10 business days.

Submit lead info promptly and accurately.

Keep grinding even when people say no—every “yes” is worth $100.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-driven & competitive mindset – You don’t wait around for someone to tell you what to do.

Reliable transportation to get to canvassing areas daily.

Comfortable walking for hours and working outdoors, rain or shine.

Preferred: This is your main or only job.
