Full time Line Cook

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time line cook to join our team at McColley's Irish Pub in Spencerport, NY. As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment while preparing and cooking delicious Irish cuisine for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills

Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment

Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that all food is served in a timely manner

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook (minimum requirement 1 year)

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods of time

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Food handler's license or certification
