Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join the thriving team. Compensation for this opportunity is $45,000-75,000 per year plus OT. This is a mid-shift position with hours of 10:00am-8:00pm with some flexibility. Interested? Read below for more information!

What a Warehouse Supervisor will do:

Supervise the Loading team

Ensure team is picking, loading, and rotating product correctly

Coach employees on errors or performance issues, including pick or scanning errors

Train and develop employees' skills

Ensure donations are sent out

Crush cardboard, make boxes, remove labels, clean, etc.

Monitor product returns

Evaluate each day's promos, fundraisers, and truck routes that need to be loaded

When trucks are available, coordinate loading

Communicate with fleet manager/distribution manager on route or truck changes

Stock count trucks on a continuous basis

Fill in for truck pick sheet coordinator when needed

Complete nightly freezer inventory checkWhat you need to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

2+ years of experience in a lead or management role

2-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment

Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes

Ability to operate and train others on a variety of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)

Positive attitude, professionalism, and solid communication skills
