At Crown Medical Support Services, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LADC) to lead a team of Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS). This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals' recovery journeys while contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Clinical Leadership:
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to CPRS staff, fostering professional growth and ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, aligning with clients' recovery goals.
- Conduct regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to optimize client outcomes.
· Staff Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance the clinical skills of the team.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process for new clinical staff, ensuring alignment with organizational values and mission.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
· Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets state and federal regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay abreast of current best practices and regulatory changes in the behavioral health field, integrating relevant updates into clinical operations.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by organizational policies and regulatory bodies.
· Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Program Director to align clinical services with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to provide holistic care, coordinating with external providers and community resources as needed.
- Serve as a clinical representative in meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to support program development and improvement.
Qualifications:
· Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) certification in Minnesota.
· Minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision experience in a behavioral/mental health setting, with a strong understanding of substance use disorders and recovery processes.
· Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
· In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing behavioral health services, with a dedication to maintaining compliance.
