We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor at HG Performance to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for a person that is customer-oriented, friendly, helpful, has good communication skills, and is excited to be around cars.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner

Obtain customer and vehicle information

Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

Establish follow-up time

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently

Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Requirements:

Experience as a Service Advisor.

Possesses strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry

A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization

Automotive knowledge or experience in the industry
