Base Pay + Uncapped Earning Potential!

We're seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join the team! In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering Fire & Life Safety Solutions that protect what matters most. Your success will directly impact businesses and communities — and your earnings have no cap!

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new commercial clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and events

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing

Deliver customized fire sprinkler and life safety system solutions

Present polished, in-person proposals and manage follow-ups

Maintain and expand existing client relationships with outstanding service

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project transitions

Update CRM system daily with activities, opportunities, and sales outcomes

Participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship

Requirements:

3+ years experience in B2B sales, or General / Electrical Contractor, Construction Estimator, or similar related role experience

Industry-specific knowledge of fire alarm and life safety systems, codes, and regulations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Self-starter attitude, integrity, and a relentless drive to succeed

Base Salary ($50k-$70k) + Uncapped Commission

OTE: $125,000–$200,000 annually
