Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description

This position requires a high level of customer service and work ethic, both in and outside the office environment. Inside office work will require phone skills and etiquette while communicating and delivering messages to sales and service team members. Listen to and calm situations that are escalated. Check in and record up to date inventory with homes coming to the dealership and leaving. Organize and record parts list of up to date inventory for service team. Any other task that may arise that would be given from management and senior leadership teams. A heavy part of the day to day activities will be interacting, scheduling and helping progress customers after the sales process to have service work completed. A general knowledge or the ability to quickly learn major components of manufactured homes is a strong pro for all applicants.
