Meridian Restoration is hiring Water & Fire Mitigation Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, or mold. If you’ve worked in construction, janitorial services, restoration, HVAC, or other hands-on roles, this is your chance to grow into a rewarding career.

What You’ll Do

Assist with cleanup and demolition after water, fire, or mold damage

Perform water extraction, debris removal, and equipment setup

Work on a team with clear guidance from Project Managers

Handle jobsite cleanup and materials removal

Be available for on-call shifts and overtime

What You Need

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor

Previous experience in Water Mitigation and Construction

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable, team-focused attitude

Flexible schedule – nights/weekends as needed

Must pass a background check and drug screen
