A leading nonprofit is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist C-level leadership with everything from scheduling, calendar management, travel booking and external communication, to document and meeting materials preparation. This role requires the ability to prioritize a busy administrative desk with humble discretion. If you are reliable, meticulous with small details, and work quickly, but efficiently, this could be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the steady flow of complex day-to-day calendars, keeping them updated and prepared throughout their days.
Coordinate all meeting logistics, including preparation of meeting rooms and agendas, prioritizing agendas to ensure efficient use of time, and follow-up as needed.
Organize and manage all incoming calls, requests, and correspondence to ensure they are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including reports via Excel and slide decks.
Maintain up to date with ongoing projects, and office priorities to keep track of progress and adjust priorities as needed.
Contribute to special projects and provide broader administrative support as needed.

What We're Looking For:
Administrative support background. You have a Bachelor's degree and two-to-three years of experience supporting high-level, preferably C-suite, executives.
Detail-oriented. You have excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy in managing documents, budgets, and correspondence.
Professional communicator. Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Highly organized. You are an exceptional multitasker, who can juggle a heavy workload with the ability to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner.
Digitally fluent. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular strength in calendar and scheduling tools.
