On-site 5-Year Contract (W2 or LLC - No C2C)

Our is seeking experienced Construction Manager to support a long-term pharmaceutical construction project near Lancaster, PA. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with strong construction and EHS expertise, particularly in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee preconstruction and construction EHS planning

Lead constructability reviews and contractor prequalification

Coordinate with the host site to ensure seamless project integration

Monitor contractor EHS performance and ensure compliance

About You:

5+ years in construction or EHS management

2+ years in pharma/life sciences construction preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
