Role Description
The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phones and managing reservations. Daily tasks include performing receptionist duties, handling guest inquiries with exceptional customer service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
Ability to manage Reservations efficiently
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to work Weekdays/Weekends/Holidays - as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality are a plus
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is beneficial
