As a Narrowband Satellite Communications Engineer - Junior with Titania Solutions Group, you will support the Department of Defense (DoD), specifically U.S. Space Force/Space Systems Command (SSC)/CGN (Narrowband SATCOM Acquisition Delta), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and traceability of all configuration items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle. This includes overseeing the tracking, identification, and control of CIs, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards, and managing the organization's documents management system.
Your key responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
Change Control Board Management:
Oversee the tracking, identification, and control of configuration items throughout their lifecycle.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Manage and oversee the documents management system.
Define and document configuration management requirements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
Facilitate and coordinating the organization’s Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). This includes scheduling CCBs, preparing packages, routing, tracking, and drafting of meeting notes.
Maintain and enforce the Configuration Management Plan and Quality Control Plan.
Qualifications
Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in an Information Security or related role preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to work with personnel across multiple disciplines of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Qualifications Desired:
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for change control board processes and management.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Active Secret security clearance, Desired.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
