Load/Unload– Appliances, Recycling & Waste Processing

Location: Largo, FL

Schedule: Mon- Friday

Shift #1 (4PM to 10 PM)

Shift #2 (3AM to 11 :30 AM)

Pay Rate: $15.22/hr

Position Overview:

We’re hiring reliable and physically capable individuals to join our team as Pallet Jack Operators / Cleaners. This role involves unloading trucks, handling large appliances, processing recycling and trash, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with heavy lifting and fast-paced, labor-intensive work.

Key Responsibilities:

Use pallet jacks (manual or electric) to unload trucks and transport goods within the facility

Handle large household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, ovens, washers/dryers) safely and efficiently

Process and remove recycling, trash, and general waste from the worksite

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas

Assist with general labor tasks including cleaning, organizing, and debris removal

Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

Experience operating pallet jacks strongly preferred

Must be able to lift and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs), including appliances

Comfortable working in environments with waste, recycling, and large materials

Ability to follow safety protocols and use PPE as required

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
