Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
Issue parts using charge-out sheets and SYSPRO
Handle returns and RGAs with vendors
Collect and review charge-out sheets from Cage 8, Cage 11, plywood, receiving, and metal shop
Monitor and request non-ROP shop supplies (adhesives, PPE, consumables)
Coordinate weekly sharpening pickups with Columbus Saw & Tool
Restock parts cages weekly
Handle and respond to email traffic between buildings (B1, B4, B3, etc.) related to parts transfers and inventory needs
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Clear communicator
Comfortable with SYSPRO and working closely with production
Proven reliability and accountability
Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities
