Lead Recruiter / Account Manager – IT Staffing
Location: Somerset, NJ (must be open to work from office 3-4 days per week)

Employvision is seeking an Lead Recruiter / Account Manager – IT Staffing you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with some of our existing clients and prospective customers for staffing services
Hands on Executive Recruitment and Client Account Management
Manage Profit & Loss for strategic accounts assigned, align team members to ensure high margins and timely delivery to satisfy customers.
Generate new leads and approach leads for current accounts as well as new prospects
Review, distribute, prioritize and fill job requirements received from clients
Meet weekly and monthly team targets as well as individual targets in terms of # of placements and revenue goals
Ensure all requisitions are assigned to right recruiters and suitable profiles are submitted to clients on time.
Help grow company's market presence in commercial and government sectors.
Work on senior level client positions as a recruiter on as needed basis to fill priority roles
Hold team members accountable so that requirements versus submissions ratio is strong
Ensure that Submissions Vs. Interview, Interview Vs. Offers and Offers Vs. Starts ratio is consistently improving
Vendor management – determine KPI/SLAs, set targets, manage vendors and ensure expectations are met
Conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings with decision-makers, asking appropriate questions to understand business needs and create value.
Prioritize and gather comprehensive requirements, seeking feedback on our performance to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve any customer service issues promptly and effectively.
Communicate account knowledge to team members through regular meetings.
Manage and develop business partnerships with recruiters, reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, ensuring accountability, and providing consistent feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience working as Account Manager
3+ years of experience with working as a Recruiter
3+ years of Staffing, Consulting or Professional Services industry experience
Proven experience in establishing, managing and growing customer relationships
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
Location is New Jersey with ability to commute to Somerset, NJ area at least 3-4 days per week.
