The hospital is 49-bed acute care medical center, offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.

ResponsibilitiesThis position exists to provide ultrasound images and procedures to patients at a technical level.

Operates ultrasound equipment, prepares patients exam rooms, maintains equipment, supplies and medications.

Transports patients.Provides patient services using various imaging modalities for the successful accomplishment of hospital/departmental goals and objectives.

Assist with orientation of new employees.

Performs clerical, file room and patient charge duties; assists with department PI program.

Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography and ARDMS registered and/or eligible.A working knowledge of ultrasound procedures.
