Massive backlog of projects in process Job Description

Maintain excellent communication skills between owners, customers, designers, subcontractors and internal team members.

Collaborate with the owner, designers, preconstruction services and other team members to ensure the project design and construction achieves the desired outcome for all parties involved.

Interpret plans and contract terms and explain them to administrative staff, workers, and clients

Read and interpret specifications and plans to determine requirements and planning procedures

Complete all reports and records in accordance with the deadlines

The Successful Applicant

5-10+ years of project management experience

Having successfully completed multiple DOD/Federal contracts

Experience with ground up contracts valued at $15M+

P6, Procore, and Bluebeam

Willing to travel as needed

Hard workers who are excited about construction What's on Offer

$90k-$130k base salary
