Job Description

The Project Manager - Construction Interiors - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:

Overseeing all phases of construction projects from start to finish.

Developing, maintaining, and tracking project schedules and budgets.

Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project collaborators.

Enforcing on-site safety protocols and quality standards.

Ensuring compliance with contracts, codes, and regulations.

Driving project progress and resolving on-site challenges.

Leading teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration. The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Construction Interiors - Rockville, MD will have:

A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within commercial or institutional construction

In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management best practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills
