We are partnered up with a growing Manufacturing Company in their search for an EHS Manager due to a leaver within the department. This opportunity will report into a Director of EHS and will cover two sites locally. This will be an individual contributor role but the sole EHS professional over both sites. Job Description

The EHS Manager - Manufacturing (Multi-Site) will be responsible for the following:

Multi-Site Oversight: Lead all EHS activities across two manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent standards, policies, and compliance across both locations.

Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and local permitting requirements.

Risk Management & Safety Programs: Develop and implement safety programs including hazard communication, machine guarding, lockout/tagout (LOTO), PPE, and emergency response.

Incident Investigation & Reporting: Lead investigations of injuries, near-misses, and environmental incidents. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

Training & Employee Engagement: Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees. Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership and employee involvement.

Environmental Compliance: Oversee hazardous waste management, air and water permitting, spill response plans, and sustainability initiatives.

Audits & Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across both sites. Ensure timely resolution of findings and continuous improvement.

Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain EHS records and report metrics such as incident rates, training compliance, and environmental data to internal and external stakeholders.

Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers, HR, maintenance, and corporate teams to align EHS goals with business objectives. The Successful Applicant

The ideal EHS Manager - Manufacturing (Multi-Site) will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience managing multiple sites or facilities preferred

In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety/environmental regulations

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS software systems

Ability to travel regularly between sites (up to 25%) What's on Offer

The successful EHS Manager - Manufacturing (Multi-Site) will be rewarded with the following:

Base Salary of $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience
