Description
The Director of Client Services is a relationship oriented sales leader that drives the growth of PeakMade Real Estate. This position will partner with the Vice President of Client Services to lead the business development efforts of PeakMade Real Estate, with primary responsibility for all aspects of building, maintaining, and driving lasting relationships with new and current client partners of PeakMade’s student housing division.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Vice President to implement business plan for national student housing business development efforts and growth.
Be seen as an industry leader in the student housing space, keeping current with trends, attending industry events, and networking with other industry leaders.
Identify new management opportunities by conducting market research and maintaining relationships with current and future clients active in the space.
Assist with all Business Development efforts of other companies under the PeakMade Real Estate brand.
Maintain and provide continual outreach on a pipeline of new and existing business opportunities.
Maintain frequent and ongoing client communication acting as a liaison between client and PeakMade team.
Collaborate with Client Services team to implement and execute corporate client relations program.
Lead the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and financial analyses.
Organize the completion of proposals and pitch documents.
Participate in industry sponsored events, i.e. conferences, relevant organizations, etc.
Collaborate with internal departments on the creation and execution of PeakMade external advertising and industry outreach.
Prepare Management Agreement drafts.
Lead and/or assist in consulting assignments as necessary.
Assist with transition of third-party management deals as necessary.
Assist with property due diligence as needed (conduct property inspections and market research).
Requirements
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized 4-year college or university strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 Years in Multifamily or Student Housing Business Development Role.
Experience in the student housing sector strongly preferred
Excellent time management and organization skills
High degree of proficiency in Excel and Word
Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent networking, persuasion, and sales experience
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Good team mojo essential for success

Available to travel as needed
