Are you an experienced Program Manager with expertise in plant closures, production relocations, and tooling management? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead major projects within a prestigious organization in the manufacturing sector.

Position Details:

Role: Program Manager

Compensation: $135k + Bonus Your Role:

Strategic Leadership: Drive and manage the closure of a manufacturing plant, ensuring seamless operations throughout the transition.

Production Relocation: Oversee the relocation of production assets, including international and domestic moves, to optimize efficiency.

Tooling Management: Manage the reassignment of tools, including moving tools to India and tools to Boston, while ensuring the finished assembly moves efficiently to Mississippi.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to implement strategic initiatives, maintaining effective communication and execution.

Hands-On Project Management: Demonstrate practical expertise in navigating the complexities of large-scale projects. What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in managing plant closures, relocation projects, and tooling management.

Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with high visibility projects.

Preferred background in OEM or related industries, with hands-on capabilities essential.
