Property Manager Needed!

The Position

Seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage one of our beautiful communities. This is a great opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility as a manager of a small community. Candidate must have at least one years property management experience with market-rate properties, be tech savvy, organized and detail oriented. Should be able to communicate in Spanish as well as English.

Some responsibilities include:

Maintaining high occupancy

Resident relations

Rent collections

Lease Management

Supervising a team of maintenance and office personnel

Upkeep and maintenance of the property

Safety and security of the property and residents

Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, police and fire
