Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our clients warehouse team, in Phoenix, AZ!

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift available!

Pay rate: $23 - $30

Duties:

Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications

Perform accurate inventory control and cycle counts

Load and unload goods using forklift and other warehouse equipment

Use computer systems to track inventory, update records, and process shipments

Convert weights and units of measure (e.g., pounds to kilograms) as needed

Inspect and maintain forklift equipment to ensure proper working condition

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience with picking and packing in a warehouse setting

Strong inventory control experience

Proficiency in converting weights and basic math

Basic computer literacy (e.g., warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel)

Valid forklift certification; experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and stand for extended periods
