Job Description

As a Full-Time BCBA (25 hours/week) in a hybrid role, you will provide on-site (clinic and school-based) and remote services. This position includes the flexibility to conduct remote supervision of RBTs and one remote workday per week after the new hire probation period.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.

Delivering direct ABA services to support children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.

Collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including conducting remote supervision sessions in alignment with BACB standards.

Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and ensuring services comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Providing services across daycare, school, and clinic settings while maintaining at least 25 weekly billable hours.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Newly licensed BCBAs and candidates preparing to sit for the exam within six months are encouraged to apply.

Willingness to obtain a Maryland license within 30 days of hire.

If a licensure becomes required in Washington, DC, candidates must be willing to obtain it.

Experience providing supervision to RBTs or other staff, with the ability to conduct supervision in person and remotely, in alignment with BACB standards.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset.

Passionate about helping children reach their potential with a focus on ethical, high-quality care.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
